Back to the basics: How to search

November 26th 2008

I wonder sometimes how to explain people how to search better and better.  I come with schemes and examples etc etc.

This becomes harder and harder when I jump into advanced concepts and I realize some people don’t really understand the basics. (Not really work wise but, a few friends and family members).

I found this video and I encourage all the ‘wanna be a decent internet surfer’ to watch.

Have a nice day :)

The US elections

November 5th 2008

The U.S. elections are now over and Mr. Obama is the new president. The world expects a lot from this man and he knows it. The future lies with him.

As usual, some traditional states didn’t change as, in general, the southern states tend to vote republican and the northern states vote democrat. This time, Obama’s remarkable campaign manage to convince key states that not being traditionally democrat voted for for him and the project of his administration

Have a look at the map and play with it if you want to know more about the results.

Good Luck making the world a better place.

Edit: Re-phrased two sentences to reduce confusion on my words
